The Embodiment Practice™ was created because Timera lived this herself. As she worked on her mind through coaching and psychology, and on her purpose through spirituality and alignment, she realised that without the body — nothing fully landed. The missing piece was always physical presence.

So she built something. A practice that weaves together the most powerful modalities she's studied and embodied — into one cohesive, deeply felt experience.

The Embodiment Practice™ follows the same four-stage arc in every session — because transformation needs a container. Each stage builds on the last, taking you from wherever you arrive to wherever you need to be.

Stage 01 — Arrival

We begin by landing. Slowing the breath, quieting the noise, and becoming present in the body exactly as it is right now — no performance, no pretence.

Stage 02 — Activation

Deliberate, intentional movement that wakes up the body from the inside. We work with fascia and breath to open pathways that stress and stillness have closed.

Stage 03 — Expansione

This is where we move with full expression. Building strength, energy, and aliveness — connecting physical power to inner confidence.

Stage 04 — Integration

Real, measurable change in how you show up — in relationships, in work, in how you carry yourself every single day.

  • Not at all. The Embodiment Practice™ meets you exactly where you are. There is no right body, no right level of fitness. The only requirement is a willingness to show up and be

  • Yes — sessions are offered both in person and online. Online participants receive the same full experience from their own space. All you need is enough room to lie down and move freely.

  • Sessions typically run between 60 and 90 minutes, depending on the format. Specific session lengths are listed when you book.

  • Comfortable, breathable clothing you can move freely in. A yoga mat if you have one — though in-person sessions provide everything you need. Come with an open mind and nowhere to be afterwards.

  • Absolutely. Timera shares free five-minute embodiment flows on her YouTube channel — a perfect way to get a feel for the practice before joining a full session.

Timera works with a select number of clients globally. Sessions are held online via video call and are fully tailored to you. Where location and scheduling permits, in-person sessions may also be available — this is something we can explore together on your discovery call. Packages are available on a monthly retainer basis.
