The Embodiment Practice™ was created because Timera lived this herself. As she worked on her mind through coaching and psychology, and on her purpose through spirituality and alignment, she realised that without the body — nothing fully landed. The missing piece was always physical presence.

Yes — sessions are offered both in person and online. Online participants receive the same full experience from their own space. All you need is enough room to lie down and move freely.
